Yes. Your numbers are saved to your account. Log in on any device and they are there.

Saving copies mistakes too. A backup file is your own copy from a day you choose.

How do I move to a new phone?

Log in on the new phone. Your numbers are there.

Can I import from another tracker?

Yes, if it exports a CSV with Name, Type, Updated Date and Value columns.
